Quote requests
The form collects your name, contact number or email, city or ZIP, project type, material preference, optional details and permission to contact you about the request. We retain a receipt, time, consent version, page/source classification, review status and test status. Please leave out exact addresses, payment information and sensitive details.
OTTO uses this information to receive fence project inquiries, review demand, contact you about the request where appropriate, and handle corrections or deletion. There is no current installer assigned and no automatic distribution of your details to multiple contractors.
Calls
The displayed number uses Twilio. The phone service processes calling number, time, status and duration. Calls may go unanswered or reach voicemail. If voicemail recording is offered, an audible notice plays before recording starts; you can hang up and use the form instead. There is no marketing-text enrollment or call transcription in this version.
Storage and retention
Form requests are stored in the managed site database behind owner-authorized access. Operational reports contain counts, not exported contact details. Requests expire after 90 days and are removed during normal inquiry operations or maintenance. A salted network-address hash limits form abuse and expires after two hours. Limited status/deletion audit records are retained for up to 120 days.
Phone records and any voicemail remain in Twilio under restricted account access. Any activated voicemail retention is limited to 90 days. Hosting and phone providers may keep operational or billing records under their own policies.
Source measurement
The form may use the referring site and campaign tags to classify a request as search, referral, paid, direct or unknown. These classifications are estimates and do not reveal the Google search query. OTTO has not added advertising pixels. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies.
Your choices
Use the privacy request form to ask about, correct or delete information. Include a receipt reference if available. We may verify control of the contact details before changing or disclosing a record.
